There is no minimum job here. The door that sticks, the shelf that never went up, the faucet that's been dripping since spring — bring the list, and it gets worked through in one go rather than four separate call-outs.
Why one visit matters
Most trades won't come out for a thirty-minute job, and the ones that will charge a call-out fee that dwarfs the work. So the list on the fridge grows, and eventually the small things turn into expensive ones — a dripping valve becomes a cabinet floor, a sticking door becomes a cracked jamb.
Batching the list into a single visit is cheaper for you and worth doing properly for us. It's also how most customers here start, long before they ever book a remodel.
What's covered
Everything on the list in one visit — the door that sticks, the shelf that never went up, the switch nobody can identify.
Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, shower valves, hose bibs and running or leaking fixtures put right.
Ceiling fans, vanity lights, recessed cans, exterior fixtures and smart switches swapped and tested.
Garage racks, closet systems, floating shelves and pantry builds anchored into something that will actually hold.
Flat-pack assembly, wall mounts fixed into studs, and cables run inside the wall rather than down it.
Sticking doors planed and rehung, locks and handles replaced, weather stripping and thresholds renewed.
Holes, cracks, water stains and the damage left behind by whatever used to be mounted there.
Getting a rental turned around or a house ready to list — repairs, touch-ups and haul-away in one pass.

A figure for the list as a whole, so you can add or drop items before anyone books time.
The list worked through in order of what matters most, so if time runs short the important things are already done.
Most lists: one day
Everything shown working before we leave, and anything that turned out bigger flagged with what it would take.
Real jobs
Heavy-duty shelving built and anchored into the framing, sized around what actually needed storing rather than whatever the store had in stock.
Trim set out to the wall's real dimensions rather than a standard spacing, so the panels line up with the ceiling and the outlets sit centred.
No demolition needed — new fixtures, fresh paint, updated hardware and re-caulked joints brought a serviceable bathroom back to looking new.
Before you commit
If something isn't covered here, ask — you'll get a straight answer.
No minimum job size. Very small visits are priced sensibly rather than padded with a call-out fee, and the more you can group into one visit the better the value gets.
Like-for-like replacements — fixtures, faucets, valves, fans, switches and lights — yes. Anything that involves new circuits, panel work or moving supply and drain lines goes to a licensed electrician or plumber.
You'll be told which category your job falls into before anyone starts, not after something has been opened up.
Most repair visits are scheduled within the same week, and short lists can often be fitted in sooner. If something is actively causing damage — water in particular — say so and it gets prioritised.
By the job. You get a price for the list before work starts, so you're not watching the clock or wondering whether a trip to the hardware store is on your bill.
Only if you want a specific model or finish. Otherwise materials are supplied and itemised on the estimate. If you've already bought something, that's fine too — it just gets fitted.
